No show
If we arrive on site and are unable to carry out the work through no fault of our own, the minimum charge applicable to the booking may be applied. For fixed rate bookings, or bookings scheduled after 6:00pm on a weekday or at any time on a Saturday or Sunday, we reserve the right to charge the total estimated value of the booking.
Cancellation
We require 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking, otherwise a late notice charge will apply. For bookings at either i) our fixed day rate or ii) scheduled for after 6pm or a Saturday, the charge is the total estimated value of the booking. For all other bookings, the late notice charge is £20+VAT
